Form handling service

The contact and booking forms on this website are processed by Static Forms, an external form handling service. When you submit a form, the information you enter is sent to Static Forms first and then forwarded to Access Tech VIP by email.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the website forms. If your enquiry involves sensitive personal circumstances, you can make initial contact first and share details through a more appropriate channel later.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share information when necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide a service, use trusted service providers such as the form handling provider, comply with the law, or with your permission.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, administration or legal requirements. Form submissions may also be processed or temporarily retained by the form handling provider according to its own service terms and privacy arrangements.
