Hi, I’m the founder of Access Tech VIP, and I’m proud to say I bring more than just technical knowledge to the table — I bring lived experience. As a blind person myself, I know what it means to face digital barriers and fight for independence through technology. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with screen readers, learned their ins and outs, and used them to navigate both everyday tasks and complex tech environments. From User to Trainer — A Journey Rooted in Empathy I started as a user who needed support. Over time, I became the person others turned to for help — and that’s how my journey as a trainer began. Before launching Access Tech VIP, I built a solid reputation through my former brand, AccessibleComputer.co.uk, supporting countless blind and visually impaired individuals in the UK and beyond. Now, with Access Tech VIP, I’m taking things further: combining one-to-one training, podcast content, and a self-paced learning platform — all built with the same care, clarity, and community spirit.
